Leather case

Hayley, when you register, the instructions specifically say not to ask for an evaluation on your watch. The reason we say this is because it is not possible to provide an accurate value or even a ball park figure, as there are simply too many factors to consider. Evaluations are even harder when all we have is photos.
The purpose of myBulova.com is to help people determine the model and age of their watch.
We don't assign values on mybulova, as there are far too many variables to consider. Your best bet is to have a jeweler look at it or look on internet sales sites like ebay for completed sales of similar watches.
Case s/n starts with an "E" (1944) and movement symbol is a triangle (1945). These markings paired with a gold over sterling case indicate the watch is a 1944.
It looks like your front photo distorted the watch shape. Can you add another photo in a comment box? Going by age, case back and lug shape, the only watch I find that is close is Rosebud that is rose gold with a different face. It's quite possible your watch face is a replacement, as it looks newer than the mid 1940's by style.
The box is from a later decade and doesn't match the age of the watch.
I am going to say unknown at this point until a better close up photo of the watch itself is uploaded.
Assuming that the above photo is somewhat squished and the watch is in fact equal width and height, the case does seem a match for the Rosebud.
The dial however is throwing me from dating in the 40s as from all the adverts we have (and we have a heap), I could not find a single one showing a ladies watch with dots (plenty of mens).
I'm at unknown for now. Movement is dated to 1945.
