This looks to be a 1944 Bulova Arlette.  The listing says the watch is pink gold but looks to be yellow at least from the back.  I show no variants for the Arlette and no ads showing it in pink..

Nice ad find Jim. Unfortunately, it is close but not a direct hit. Lug shape and attachment is different, as is the diamond configuration - horizontal vs. vertical.
