Certainly a Bulova Minute Man, just trying to find a advert from 1944 to confirm it didn't go by another model in this year.

Here's a 1945 advert showing the Minute Man had a number of variants.

I think 1944 Bulova Minute man is the correct ID. I can't find enough info to suggest a further variant. That Speidel Twist-O-Flex is a 1960-70's model. I had several of them in the day.
