I believe I have found the elusive Bulova Regulator. This is the civilian version of the Medical Officer. The biggest difference is the smaller second markers on the inner sub dial and applied hours markers versus the lumed markers on the Medical Officer. This is a 25.5M x 35M at the lug watch in 10KT rolled yellow gold plate. The movement is a 10BA with a date code of X. It is missing the second hand and sweep second wheel. It is running and keeping great time otherwise. I just need to find the missing wheel and second hand. Hopefully I have a suitable one in my parts archive. I noticed there does not seem to be a Regulator on the MyBulova site.
Regulator
Well I got the donor watch in and was able to service and get the Regulator running with a sweep second hand. Only had the red second hand from them donor but happy to have a complete runner.
