Case size 26mm. X 33mm. 14mm. lug gape. Sterling silver case 10 K RGP. Blued hands and radium dial look original to the watch. Identical case to Air wardens/ Nighthawks in database, but note the fat, extended stem barrel, not seen in any others in DB, more like military watch stem barrel. Also the 10 AK is a known military used movement.
EDIT- This watch could possibly be the"Interceptor" model, as posted in May of this year by both Admin and fifthavenuerestorations in comments about another watch, "air Warden", also posted by me.
It could also be the "Apollo", as posted by NOVA in the same watch post.

Plains, the case is different. Solid lugs to the bezel.

Ah... got ya admin. Didn't get a chance to go track it down.
I'd have to go with Apollo, and for the record I'd say the crown isn't original. It sticks out way to far from the bezel.
stem pulled out to show stem barrel anomaly.

Hey Bobbee,
I'm inclined to think the stem barrell was an add on to accomodate a stem and crown change. Mine has no stem barrel at all and the crown fits flush to the bezel.
You are probably correct, looked again and it looks like it was fitted to take a probably military watch sized stem, but done a long time ago. Well spotted bud.

Well, If this were mine, I would remove the stem barrell, and change the stem and crown to a flush fit to the bezel. Even a spring loaded dust seal crown would be a better fit even if it's not of era. Another option could be to leave the stem barrell and re-fit the existing stem and replace the crown with something that fits flush to the case. An easy fix for me to do but maybe not so much for you.
