Watch Description

I cannot find any other example of this watch.   The case is marked 'bulova' on the outside of the case back.  No marking on the inside of the case back.  14K SOLID rose gold with White gold elements.  Similar to Broadcaster, but obviously different.  Movement has the arrow mark (1942 or 1932 - but I assume it's 1942).  Dial has been redone :(    Bracelet is solid 14K Rose gold Kreisler band.  Crystal is about 18mm by 22mm

Yes, I agree.  Originally, I thought it had integrated lugs but the back view clearly shows the classic lug configuration.  Just missing the grove in the middle of the outer lug which might have been an artistic error.   Everything else is spot on and this is the only ad I could find for this watch.  Too close not to be the Congressman.

It only took 9 years but the team here is constantly looking for new ads and catalogs to help ID watches.  I am very happy to ID this one.  It was a very rare model and I found only one ad for this model.
