Bulova 7AM, marked * (1941), case s/n B423824, 10K yellow RGP bezel, stainless steel back. It is on a replacement, period appropriate black leather wristlet
After service Weishi 1000 T/G values: +/-10sd rate, 260° amp, 0.1-0.2 ms/be
Based on advertisement I believe it is a 1941 "Patricia"

Nice watch, and I'm going to agree with you. It appears that the dial may have been replaced, as generally rose gold had a copper/rose colored dial. Movement and movement date stamp are correct and match case date; In any event my vote is 

1941 Patricia, noting possible dial replacement.

I somewhat regret never getting this watch for late mother who recently passed away. Her name was Patricia Ann Ollman.
