Yeah I'm thinking a really early Nurses Watch.... I know there's a men's size out there... They usually skyrocket when they come up for sale though.

Found this ad in a 1934 San Antonio newspaper. Looks similar but not an exact match. Makes we wonder if the artwork is wrong but the description is correct.. Possible 1935 Bulova Broker
Tough call. Besides steps in case, it appears the ad also shows lugs as opposed to wire. I'm going to vote "no" for now.
