Duo dial given to deaf Mom by Dad around 1938. Any info to give to great granddaughter will be appreciated.
New email for information is lilyflannigan@ yahoo.com
This is one of the rare birds that we see ever so often. It's main purpose was that for a physician or nurse to take a persons pulse.
The case serial number would date the watch to around 1934.
At this stage I don't believe we've had any luck finding a model name for this watch.
Although we do have other examples so we know it's an legitimate Bulova model:
An amazing watch and a superior heirloom! I love the personal inscription on the back. This is one of those uncommon watches we have failed to positively ID. Your Great-granddaughter should consider herself fortunate to get it, both from a family history and scarcity standpoints. Thanks for sharing it.
1934 Unknown (but a medical/Nurse's watch)
Great and rare piece. 1934 Bulova Unknown.
Sure do wish we could find a name for this one.....1934 Bulova Unknown
