The Nada in the ad has lugs that are flush with the sides of the case whereas the subject watch has it's lugs slightly inboard. That and the blurry ad are keepng me from confirming as the Nada. I'll admit that the engraving looks as if it's very close to a match though.
I would think that if this watch were marketed in Spanish-speaking countries it would hae to have a different name than Nada.
