Hinged set back case measures 29.25mm lug to lug x 16.5mm non-inclusive of the crown using calipers.

'Damaskeene' dial shows painted black numerals and black modern style hour and minute hands. 

*note: There is no Bulova hallmark on the dial leading Me to believe the watch is a Lady Maxim model.

Caseback is stamped as shown. 

Vintage ad is dated 1922.

after review of the findings in this discussion I now firmly believe the subject watch is a: 

'LADY MAXIM' 6716-B
