Looking for crystal and crown for 11 AFC 1960/61 Midshipman DW

I've started working on a Midshipman DW I've had for a while.  The crown was missing and there was a little brass nub peeking out of the stem tube.  After successfully removing the stem, I saw the small brass nub was the female threaded crown remnant still on the stem.  The stem looks ok so, I just need a new crown.  The movement is an 11 AFC.  Eventually, I'll need a new crystal, as well.  Anyone know where I can source these?''
