I managet to find a Bulova 1969 Oceanographer "L" 9M 666 snorkel in an antique shop for relatively cheap...the Dial is toast and the 11BLACD mecanism inside had a broken whhel i managed to source online...also managed to source the replacement cristal. Mecanism runs fairly good now and the case polished up nicely. I installed the original Bulova domend cristal i managed to find after a few days of searching....i also found the correct stem and crown for it and it seems to be watertight again...All in all it came out looking sweet but the old oxidized and tarnished dial looks out of place to the rest of the watch...
So i am in search of a compatible dial or one in better shape.
