Why does it have the name that is stamped on the back casing. I dont understand what thats for

It's engraved by a jeweler. Based on many I have seen and currently own, it's a personalized dedication to most likely the original owner, named

"M. W. Meyer"

If casing is the same on a number of models and we believe that the dial is most likely not original to the case, it will not be possible to correctly ID. So unfortunately I'd also have to agree with non-conforming, meaning the watch cannot be ID'd due to a mix of parts.
