Gold tone LCD Quartz with original band, which unfortunately is to small to fit my wrist.
The movement is also marked 117 in paint
There is a 1978 advert which shows a similar watch with number 81301.
If anyone has a copy of the owners manual to help identify the function of all pushers (2) and buttons (2) it would be greatly appreciated.

I could not find this specific model, but I found other similar models called LCD Digital Quartz.
We have a model category of Quartz Digital that this one could fall under.
Sorry, I don't have any operating instructions.
You're right, the 81301 in THIS advert is really close but the case metals are different. I don't see anything in the Bulova linebooks that matches either. For now I would classify as a 1977 Bulova Quartz Digital
Interesting that the "Bulova" mark on the back appears the same as the personalized dedication. I wonder if this was given by Bulova to an employee.
No luck on a specific model for me either.
1977 Bulova Quartz Digital for now
In reply to Interesting that the "Bulova… by neetstuf-4-u
I was thinking the same as there are none ot the other markings on the outside and it is all in the same script and there are no impressions on the inside of the case back. It would be interesting to see if Bertil Backman ever worked for Bulova.
The only other watch the same as this one that I have come across appears in a YouTube video, unfortunately nothing specific about the watch is mentioned.
This isn't a true "Accuquartz" as those movements "Cal 224" were tuning fork based...
Is it normal for a quartz to gain time, this one is now 6 seconds fast in a week?
