Photos of WWII Era Bulova Military Boxes and Care Instructions

I am looking for photos of the boxes and packaging of WWII USGI issued wrist watches. I would also like to find information on any inserts or 'care instructions'. My focus is on Bulova but with so many items in wartime there my be some cross-over info from Waltham or Elgin someone my have.

I do not recall seeing one specifically for a Bulova but have seen some Elgin and Waltham ones. I assume there are all the same with slight labelling differences. It should be noted someone is reproducing boxes and will customize it with our watch serial number.
