Can you all help me identify the watch this case goes to and how to open it so I can build it out. Thank you
Can you advise the model number inside the case....is it 708 ?
You'll need a crystal press to help remove the crytsal.
Could be case#706 - if so, Oceanographer 'E'
My Oceanographer above used a full round bezel ring, but has the same case underneath.

Oceanographer was certainly my first impression as well.
I apologize, I should have included all relevant information.
Case markings include the following:
Inside
CB, 706, Swiss
Outside
Bulova, 79299, M8, Shock resistant, Anti-magnetic, Waterproof, and Stainless steel case
I finally figured out how to open it. All you have to do is drop it. The line across the middle going sideways marks each half of the case. I was fitting different bands to see which I might like best, dropped it and it popped open. 
You guys have outdone, yourselves again!
I can find everything I need to build it out, the dial, movement everything.
I will submit my watch once it has been completed.
