Watch Description

I believe this is a 1964 Date King model as it looks like the one already on the site. Same "tropical" as that one as well, which I love, but I know it's not everyone's taste!

Looks like not original crown as it doesn't quite sit flush to the case.

Wow, that's what I would call a "survivor". I'm with you; wouldn't hurt my feelings to wear it as is. There was a Date King model identical in appearance that you reference, except it was sold in yellow plate, not stainless. It appears the one you reference is mis-identified and slipped through the cracks.    I believe your watch is a 

1964 President "H"
