Watch Description

I'm not exactly sure if this is a Patriot or a Conrad or neither!!! What i do know is the word Swiss is not on the bottom of the dial like the aforementioned in this post. Also on the inside of the back there are some numbers and/or letters scratched into it.Needless to say I'm stumped but at the same time learned a few things so i call that a win!!!! Anyway if anyone could help I'd appreciate so much.. Thank you  😊

I like the tan that is on it and probably like the original.  For a girl maybe a soft cream pink suede or calf leather would be nice with the rose gold.
