Well found this very nice bulova today to add to my collection and wanted to know what it was. Marked L8 1958 on the back. Running great too. Looked through all the ads around that time frame and found notta. Any ideas? opinions? what do you think of it.
L8 is correct for 1958 although it's not the 'SENATOR', I believe We have this one as the 'HADLEY' ?

Looked around for a hadley but the only ones I found were 53 or so and not quite like mine, they had a curve instead of the double arch so not really sure but the style could have changed in 58
The Hadley never had an advertisement to support it, and at least two other models take the same crystal. None of them have a matching advert.
You appear to have a genuine unknown.
Well I just think it is a neat looking watch. Maybe someone has an idea of the name. Unique play of shapes I think
