Of course after I bought it my friend bourg01 was good to point out the no seconds dial.... ruh roh.

Hey it's still a nice looking watch. I can see that the case back isn't Bulova which makes me think if the front case is also not Bulova which would mean that other brands used a similar stepped lug design.

its still kinda a rare movement...i use to like this style senator but after seeing so so so many for them i got tired of them, the spencer too
