Looks like the engagement ring that Gene Simmons (KISS band) gave to Shannon Tweed when he proposed to her after 28 years together. For those that don't follow the soap oprey "Family Jewels" Simmons is famous for sticking his tongue out while performing with the KISS band. Egotistical sunamagun if that ring is supposed to be a replica of his tongue.

My first impression of the Watch was the Rolling Stones tongue which was drawn by Andy Warhol in the early 60's...it's an interesting piece for sure.
